If you drive a pre-owned Holden, have moved house or changed any of your details, we’d like to hear from you!Holden uses your details to keep your vehicle’s factory provided Roadside Assistance and Warranty details up to date.It also helps us let you know if there is an existing rework action required on your vehicle. To update your details, please take a few minutes to fill in and mail the form at the back of the Service & Warranty Booklet or visit Holden’s website at: www.holden.com.au/forms/change-of-owner-details.

Initial Drive Information
This section provides a brief overview about some of the important features that may be fitted to your vehicle. For more detailed information, refer to each of the features which can be found later in this owner's manual.

How to Stop/Start System
The vehicle has a fuel saving engine Stop/Start system to shut off the engine (perform an Auto Stop) and help conserve fuel and reduce emissions when the vehicle is at a standstill, e.g. at traffic lights. When conditions allow, the vehicle is at a complete stop and the brake pedal is pressed, the engine may turn off. When the brake pedal is released, or the accelerator pedal is pushed, the engine will restart.

Adjust the rear view mirror for a clear view of the area behind your vehicle.

Acadia Manual Rear view Mirror
If equipped, push the tab forward for daytime use and pull it rearward for night-time use to avoid glare of the headlamps from behind.

Acadia Automatic Dimming Rear View Mirror
If equipped, the mirror will automatically reduce the glare of the headlamps from behind. The dimming feature comes on when the vehicle is started.
